I just read an online discussion about just when Trial by Jury started in History. One saying it started in old England with the Magna Carta, the other with the founding fathers.
I'm guessing Trial by Jury started back when the first cave man or woman stole meat from the tribal Yeti Cooler. Some would say the jury selection process back then might have been slightly askew. But I've now seen 2 distinct jury selections and verdicts in my life time that one could adequately compare to Neanderthal threats, mentality and justice. OJ Simpson and now George Floyd. I can only hope my first armed run in, is with a brainless white BLM member. You know, the ones purposely put at the front of the BLM mob.
Trial by Jury.
