Excellent KB. I did the 4 Turkeys I shot over the years in different ways each time. I smoked my first two in my propane smoker, using apple juice instead of water in the pan. Turned out delicious. I also breasted one, filleted it into thinner strips, breaded and fried it like I did all my pheasants. That was awesome as well. Roasted the last one and it wasn't bad either. I hope your not throwing the legs away. They are smaller and a little tougher then a domesticated birds legs, but good just the same.
Not everyone will agree with, understand you, like you, appreciate your character, personality or politics. Not even a few benefiting from your knowledge and/or generosity. But stay true to your beliefs and convictions.
