Got drawn for the 1st week, had til wait til Friday to get out.
Anybody have any go to turkey breast recipes ?

Excellent KB. I did the 4 Turkeys I shot over the years in different ways each time. I smoked my first two in my propane smoker, using apple juice instead of water in the pan. Turned out delicious. I also breasted one, filleted it into thinner strips, breaded and fried it like I did all my pheasants. That was awesome as well. Roasted the last one and it wasn't bad either. I hope your not throwing the legs away. They are smaller and a little tougher then a domesticated birds legs, but good just the same.

yep, saved em....the apple juice in a smoker sounds like a good way to go, thanks
