Dock lease/rental

Hey guys,

So I'm looking to lease/rent a slip in Linwood for part of May and all of June next yr (2021). Does anyone know where how I might get that info. I did call Roger Hoyle ( with no answer) who had one listed in June.

It's called Linwood Beach Marina and Roger has been out of the seen for many years.

I didn't think LBM would rent out for any length of time. I was thinking of a private lease/rent. I will call them.

Ya, I believe Roger kept for himself 2 or 3 private slips on the extreme North end of the marina when he sold it.

That is where I saw his sign on the dock.
Would be nice if could find someone who has a dock that doesn't use anymore. Could be bennificial for both of us.

You have to remember you are talking about HOYLE’S MARINA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION "Condo-Docks" They have strict rules on leasing, sub-leasing and more. Best bet is to talk to LBM to find out who to call.

So I called and emailed LB marina back in January with no reply. Called today and got through. They are booked again, so does anyone have any Intel on how I would find info on renting a slip besides LBM docks. There seems to be a lot of open slips.

So I made another call to LBM, got 4 day slip just had to move the date back a week. Still interested in other options in Linwood if something pops up. Shall see how it does
