55" 4k Smart TV
I have the following TV brand new sealed in the box for sale. (I won it and don't really have a place for it, having just bought a new TV a few months ago.) It's $430 new at the store, but was on sale last week for $350. Asking $300. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-55-class-led-2160p-smart-4k-...

Re: Minn Kota Vector Trolling Motor
Please ignore the mess in the background - that's part of the reason why I'd like to sell this motor.

Minn Kota Vector Trolling Motor
This motor has 3x steering, so you do not need to turn the control arm as much to make the head move. Infinite speed adjustment. The boat it was on had the main engine revved up to come in without the trolling motor being pulled up one day, so it spent a short time lying on the bottom of Saginaw Bay...

Re: Surprise!
Many years ago, I asked my father if he wanted to go fishing on a Saturday. He did not, so I went out alone. Launched out of the river, drove north a short distance as the walleye were still in the process of leaving the rivers, and reduced speed to trolling level. Since I was alone & not the most e...

That's hilarious! Almost too true though...
Bay City's fireworks have been canceled because all the kids are still going to be in school making up days off this winter.

Re: The Perch debate.
Interesting read, though I question how well the perch are doing in today's system. Went out maybe a dozen times this fall & kept 15 one day, all 7-8" with exactly 2 fish over 9" throughout the entire fall combined. Late summer/early fall perch fishing from the boat was even worse - seem to be a ver...

Microsoft Surface Tablet Accessories
I have a blue cover/keyboard for a Microsoft Surface tablet, model 1725, in like-new condition. I also have a power cord & adapter for a Microsoft Surface tablet in like-new condition. The tablet itself has been sworn at, threatened, disassembled, hit, and discarded. Both of these accessories were w...

Re: LAKE TROUT COMMERCIAL FISHING
Absolutely fantastic! Yet another species of fish that's going to be sold out by the rotten state with the corrupt greedy politicians. :( :( :( I never even tried for whitefish this past year because it's so abysmal since the DNR granted the commercial fisherman working the area a license to take th...

Food Dehydrator - SOLD
I have two Cuisinart DHR-20 food dehydrators for sale. I bought them last year to dry apples. (Two because I wanted the extra trays and the plastic trays alone cost just a few bucks shy of another whole machine.) The original boxes & instructions are included. They work perfectly; only reason I'm se...

Re: Tawas.........
Wish I had better news, but there were very, very few fish around as of Sunday evening. I had three on, landing two, and my father never had a bite. I think the commercial fisherman working the area has screwed us out of another season of whitefish. :( There was a group in Tawas who worked for years...

Guys on the River
I was out today mid-afternoon & stopped by Smith Park on my way home. There were 3 dark blobs upstream and toward the other shore. My dad was with me and said "What kind of birds are those?" I replied "Those are way too big to be birds - they're guys ice fishing, just like over th...

Re: Anybody seen the Sun?
I was up front a few days ago and actually said to one of the managers "Hey look - it's the sun! Look quick before it starts snowing again!" He said he actually took a picture of it a few minutes earlier. Sure enough, it was snowing before I left work...
