Re: Minn Kota Ultera

The repair shop said they have seen a lot of these problems, but you don't see any warnings regarding this problem?

No, but I'm seing your post here AND glad for it. thumbs_up To much money for something lasting 8 or 9 trips. I'd get my money back and move on to another brand.

Personal Limits.

Dan Manyen 47 mins I've thought for the last couple days about how to or rather to post this in the best possible way, as not to offend anybody on either side of this issue. It comes after seeing a few derogatory remarks aimed at a poster, who took pictures of his Saginaw Bay 6 man limit catch Satur...

Re: This Breastfeeding in Public Thing Has Gone Too Far!

Looks like triplets. Don't think so, Dan. I count 12 feet. Divide that by 4, and you get 3, one of which is mommy. Of course, I could be wrong, as I was never any good at math. Update: I zoomed in and recounted. There are indeed 16 feet there. Triplets, for sure. https://www.facebook.com/lif...

Not like that one, though.

Not exactly Fishing related I know, but its another Bay blow-day. So I just finished doing some Customizing on My other outdoor obsession, on a gun I've always wanted. I fell in love early on with the rugged looks of the early Vietnam era M-14's with barrowed (never fail) M-I Garand charging and ext...

Re: Where oh where have the walleye gone

Gator. I'm a tad confused what your calling LOW water levels on the Tittabawassee. If the Tibb is flowing at say 4,000 CFPS, that puts it at the top of the Gordonville Ramp and what I still consider high. For me the optimum water flow for fishing the Tibb is between 1,500 and 2,000 CFPS. ...

Re: Hot tip.

Thanks, guys. I guess I won't bother. We went to the Layton Corners Bar for Perch a week ago last Friday, because we heard that it was real good. It was OK, but nothing special. I don't think Perch fillets taste the same as Perch cooked with the bones in. Haven't seen it served that way in many yea...

Re: Hot tip.

I knew it was still open. But since the perch Gods have been treating me right for over a year now, I didn't need to get my perch fix from them. But we polished off almost 2 pounds of smelt tonight and man they were good.
