This case was important for multiple reasons:
1.) First case where "truth is a complete defense" affirmative defense in 2020 election fraud defamation cases against President Trump was used (by codefendants Stenstrom and Hoopes).
2.) Evidence of massive election fraud in November 2020 and all statements made by Stenstrom and Hoopes were true and could not be refuted. The election was stolen, and they did exactly what we said they did. This is the first case we are aware of where discovery was reached and defendants evidence was allowed to be admitted.
3.) The narrative of the "safest and most secure elections" is judicially dead.
4.) Corrupt public officials, politicians, and solicitors facilitated the election fraud. We have identified who they are, sued them, and the appellate case ๐๐ต๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฎ & ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ท ๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐๐ฆ๐ค๐ณ๐ฆ๐ต๐ข๐ณ๐บ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ค๐ฌ๐ท๐ข๐ณ ๐ฆ๐ต ๐ข๐ญ will be heard in April after fighting for three (3) years against multiple attempts to quash and delay the case by corrupt officials.
5.) Governor Shapiro has led the effort in Pennsylvania to subvert legitimate criminal investigation and prosecution into organized voter fraud.
6.) Within the United States there is a collaborative federal intra-agency effort designed to subvert legitimate criminal investigations and prosecution into organized high crimes and treason.
7.) This is the first case we are aware of where the tables were turned against the filing attorney, disciplinary charges have been filed against him, the Judge sanctioned him for misconduct, and the attorney will likely be disbarred. In all other cases, defending attorneys were attacked, including Mayor Giuliani, who was disbarred. (Note: Fellow Pennsylvanian Mike Roman is beating corrupt attorney Fani Willis about the head and ears in court in Georgia and will similarly prevail there).
8.) Stenstrom and Hoopes have successfully defended themselves in seven (7) unsuccessful attempts to judicially sanction and silence them for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and with todays final results, the remaining two lawfare suits against them will implode and evaporate.
9.) The evidentiary base shows that multiple corrupt public officials that include Governor Shapiro, Delaware County District Attorney Stollsteimer in PA, and the law firm of Duane Morris LLP were complicit in facilitating the election fraud, obstructing investigations, and coordinating false public media reports.
THE COURT FINDS THAT J. CONOR CORCORAN, ESQUIRE VIOLATED SECTIONS 3.3(A)(1), 8.4(A), AND 8.4(C) OF THE PENNSYLVANIA RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO HIS MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER.

While we requested monetary sanctions, and they were more than warranted, we did not expect Judge Erdos to award them as we have already provided notice that we will be filing Dragonetti Act and SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) lawsuits against the attorneys and other facilitators of lawfare. We requested and expected sanctions (citations of misconduct) which is very rarely granted, and will move forward with subsequent lawsuits with an order from the court that misconduct occurred. We expect Attorney Corcoran will be disbarred.
